(a, b) Ca and P ion concentrations of artificial saliva and (c, d) lactic acid. EBPM+NACP group and PAMAM+EBPM+NACP group had higher Ca and P concentrations than control and PAMAM groups. PAMAM group had lower ion concentrations in artificial saliva than control group, indicating that PAMAM promoted Ca and P ion precipitation in demineralized dentin during artificial saliva immersion. For EBPM+NACP and PAMAM+EBPM+NACP groups, the ion concentrations did not decrease with repeated recharge, even though a fresh solution was used to immerse the samples every day.
