Transwell experiment was conducted to identify the migratory ability of HUVECs and BMSCs affected by Ginsenoside Rb1. a, c HUVECs and BMSCs were seeded on the upper chamber and the medium containing different concentrations of Ginsenoside Rb1 was placed in thelower chambers. After 24 h incubation, cells that traversed the membrane were stained with 0.1% crystal violet and imaged by a microscope (200×). b, d are quantitative analyses of a and c, respectively (*P < 0.05).
