Main effects (β) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) represent the overall association of PFAS with eGFR, while interaction effects indicate modification of this relationship over time as shown in Table 3. Models were adjusted for age (time), BMI, smoking, HDL- and LDL-cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, and statin use. BMI Body Mass Index, HDL High-Density Lipoprotein and LDL Low-Density Lipoprotein, cholesterol, β Beta coefficient, CI confidence interval.
