Knockdown of endogenous ARHGEF39 (A39) inhibited NSCLC proliferation, migration, and invasion in vitro. a Downregulation of A39 expression in the H460 cell line was confirmed by western blotting. b–d Cell proliferation was significantly decreased after A39 RNAi, as assessed by MTT and colony formation assays. e–f Cell-cycle analysis showed that A39 RNAi facilitated the transition from S phase to G1 phase. g–h Wound healing migration assays and the quantification of the distance of the open area are shown. i–j The invasion of H460 cells was measured using transwell Matrigel invasion assays.
