Cross-linking of A7 antigen stimulates osteoclastogenesis Bone marrow cells of 4-week-old SD male rats were cultured in 96 multi-well plates (0.2 × 106 cells/well) to induce osteoclasts as described in Materials and Methods (hybridoma screening) in the presence of various concentrations of A7 MAb or isotype control IgG. Cells were fixed and stained for TRAP at day 4 of culture.
