MATR3:YFP lacking RRM1 or RRM2 displays a greater tendency towards formation of spherical droplet-like intranuclear structures. Mouse C2C12 cells were grown on glass coverslips and transiently transfected with pEF.Bos vectors encoding WT MATR3:YFP lacking RRM1 (ad) or RRM2 (eh). At 24 h posttransfection, the cells were fixed and imaged with an Olympus epifluorescence microscope (×40 original magnification).
