  1. SCLC tissues highly express SOX2, ASCL1, and INSM1. Immunohistochemical staining for SOX2, ASCL1, and INSM1 was performed in 30 SCLC specimens that had been surgically resected. Immunohistochemical staining for SOX2 and ASCL1 was also performed in 20 ADC and 20 SCC specimens.
  2. SCLC small cell lung carcinoma, ADC adenocarcinoma, SCC squamous cell carcinoma.
