A MC3T3-E1 cells were cultured in osteogenic medium for 5, 10, or 15 days, and levels of MALAT1 were evaluated by qRT-PCR. B–E MC3T3-E1 cells were transfected with sh-MALAT1 or control shRNA. B Levels of MALAT1 were detected by qRT-PCR. C The activity of ALP was detected using an ALP detection kit. D ARS assay was determined to assess mineralized nodules. E Protein expression of RUNX2 and OSX was determined by western blot assay. Data are the mean ± SD of three separate experiments.
