B Myoepithelial cells show focal calponin 1 positivity. C SLUG expression was observed in neoplastic myoepithelial cells and stromal cells but not luminal cells. D Luminal cells exhibited strong membranous expression of E-cadherin, whereas myoepithelial cells exhibited a markedly reduced immunoreactivity for E-cadherin.
