The percentage of cells in the G0/G1, S and G2/M phases (mean ± SD of three experiments in triplicate) was determined by flow cytometry in a Ramos, b DOHH2, and c Rec-1 cells at different time points during and after exposure to 0 and 6 MBq/mL of ¹⁷⁷Lu-lilotomab for 18 h.
