KG-1a, OCI-AML3, and Ba/F3V600E cells were transfected with a miR-15a-5p mimic (50 nM) or a negative control for 48 h. A p-ERK protein expression levels were downregulated after transfection with a miR-15a-5p mimic in all cell lines. Protein samples were resolved by SDS-PAGE. Antibodies to p-ERK, ERK, and GAPDH (loading control) were used to assay the levels of protein, which were then quantified by the Licor imaging system (bottom graph). The graph presents values from at least 3 experiments.
