Data are shown as z-scores standardized against age- and sex-specific reference values from normative cohorts. Positive z scores indicate better outcomes in AML LTS compared to the reference cohort, and negative z scores indicate inferior outcomes in AML LTS vs. the reference. P values were adjusted through a sequentially rejective testing procedure. The blue lines indicate the means, and the orange lines indicate the thresholds used to delineate participant subsets with impaired QoL, hrLS or gLS.
