The error bars represent the respective standard deviation of the three repeated tests at each spiked target cell concentration. The orange data points represent the averaged testing results using five P3D CNNs that were individually trained on a different subset of data. The error bars represent the standard deviation resulting from the detections of the five individual networks; for each trained network, three detected concentrations are averaged at each spiked concentration
