Downregulation of miR-375 in liver metastases correlates to shorter overall survival. Kaplan‒Meier analysis was performed on patients with liver metastases grouped according to their in situ expression of miR-375: high expression (score 3, n = 15) and low expression (score 0‒2, n = 45). The survival analysis was performed on a cohort of patients that was independent from that analyzed with miRNA profiling
