The L3 larvae of gnathostomiasis as it was isolated from a pustule of a patient after therapy. Look at the round mouth followed by the muscular esophagus (clear in color) and the pigmented intestine (upper figure). The lower figure on the left is the esophagus and the one on the right is the intestine as seen in histological cuts from different patients
