Pancreatic adenocarcinoma displays variable gland formation and desmoplasia (A), mimicking breast carcinoma. Pancreatic adenocarcinomas are negative for mammaglobin (B), and a subset show nuclear CDX2 labeling (C) and loss of nuclear SMAD4/DPC4 labeling, with stromal cell labeling as an internal control (D).
