Breast secretory carcinoma is characterized by solid, tubular, and cribriform arrangements of epithelioid cells with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm, prominent nucleoli, and intraluminal secretions (A, B). Although usually triple negative, they display diffuse labeling for GCDFP (C), S-100 (D), and mammaglobin (not shown).
