High-grade components are composed of enlarged epithelioid cells with round nuclei, heterogeneous chromatin, and moderate amounts of amphophilic or eosinophilic cytoplasm associated with brisk mitotic activity and forming (a) trabeculae or (b), (c) sheets. Low-grade components show variant d fibrous, e myxoid, and f conventional histology.
