Load of total somatic mutations (mean ± SD as error bar) present in a major lymphoma clone of cHL cases (circles) EBER-positive (n = 4, denoted as EBV-positive), EBER-negative/qPCR-negative (n = 11, denoted as EBV-negative qPCR-negative) and EBER-negative/qPCR-positive (n = 5, denoted as EBV-negative qPCR-positive). The same result was obtained when considering only somatic nonsynonymous mutations (not shown).
