Gene expression was analyzed in 28 primary TN-ILCs by RNA sequencing and compared to control tumors. The heatmaps show the expression of genes found to be significantly up- or downregulated in TN-ILC compared to controls, by the transcription factor involved in their regulation (A), and by related kinase perturbations (B). Gene expression levels were assessed by calculating Z-scores. TN-IDC triple-negative invasive ductal carcinoma, HR + ILC hormone receptor-positive invasive lobular carcinoma.
