IDH-mutant glioma can be classified as glioblastoma or Grade IV astrocytoma with the following criteria. The prognosis of IDH-mutant glioblastomas can be stratified by clinical history and molecular testing of MGMT promoter methylation, G-CIMP subgroup, and TP53 mutation.
