A Higher magnification of the two cell populations. B The neoplastic mononuclear cell component of this tumor (Case 2) had predominantly small epithelioid or plasmacytoid morphology. The AE1/AE3 (C) and OSCAR (D) keratin cocktails highlighted the mononuclear cell component with a variable dendritic pattern. E The case shown in B revealed a prominent paranuclear keratin staining pattern (AE1/AE3) consistent with the plasmacytoid cell morphology. F CD68 was strongly positive in both cell populations highlighting the giant cell component. G On the other hand, CD163 was expressed only in the mononuclear cell component.
