A The lymph node showed diffuse proliferation of pleomorphic, mitotically active lymphoid cells on H&E stain. They expressed cytoplasmic CD3 (B), CD8 (C), CD30 (D), and granzyme B (E). The atypical lymphocytes were negative for CD5 (F), CD56 (G), TCRβF1 (H), TCRδ (I). Virtually all neoplastic lymphocytes were EBER positive (J). Stains original magnification, ×400, H&E hematoxylin and eosin.
