The corresponding primary tumor was from the right 4th toe of a 31-year-old man (TableĀ 1, case 5). A Nodulocystic tumor deposits in soft tissue with solid, tubular, and papillary growth patterns. B Most tumor cells display a ductal growth pattern. C The tumor cells are positive for HPV42.
