Case 1 is depicted in the top row AC, and case 2 is depicted in the bottom row DF. Both cases showed complete loss of staining of SMARCA4 (A, D; note retained nuclear expression in non-neoplastic cells). Primary cutaneous SMARCA4-deficient malignant neoplasms also express pan-keratin (B, E) and Sox-2 (C, F). E shows small volume of tumor due to loss of tissue on deeper levels. All images depict 200x magnification.
