  1. *A LSVM classifier was trained on Dean’s 28 mixed panel [28] in Discovery, and compared the classification performance for G1 versus control, G2 versus control, and all PTSD+ versus control from the Replication cohort. The numbers denoted in parentheses are the N for each cohort. The classification performance is measured by AUC (area under the curve), as well as sensitivity and specificity defined by Youden index. A similar comparison was repeated when epigenetic markers removed (17 mixed biomarkers).
