Antigen-specific T-cell proliferation. PBMCs of healthy volunteers (n = 14) were collected on days 0 and 14 before receiving Dukoral vaccination, and at day 28. PBMCs were stimulated for 7 days with a cholera toxin B (10 μg/ml) or Dukoral (108 bacteria/ml) or b IMDM medium, ovalbumin (OVA) (10 μg/ml) or tetanus toxoid (TT) (5 lf/ml). Proliferating T cells (CD3+ Ki67+) were analyzed by flow cytometry. Data are shown as mean with SEM. Repeated measures ANOVA was performed per stimulation, no significant differences found.
