Effect of EGCG on binding of anti-CD4 antibody and gp120 to CD4 T cells. a Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were incubated with indicated doses of EGCG for 10 min. Purified CD4⁺ T cells were incubated with or without (w/o) 50 µM of EGCG. The cells were then washed with PBS and further incubated with recombinant HIV-1 gp120 protein conjugated with FITC for 2 h.
