Neutrophils inhibit T-cell IFNγ cytokine production. Percoll-isolated PBMCs and PBMCs cocultured with autologous neutrophils (PMN) were cultured overnight in the presence of ESAT6 and CFP, or CFP and spots (IFNγ-producing cells), spot size, and spot intensity were quantified. Data represent the mean of two replicates per animal, with each animal represented by a marker (n = 7 animals). Statistical comparisons of paired data determined by Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed Rank test
