a and b Six-day-old wild-type C57BL/6 mice were inoculated with sham, RV-A1B, or RV-C15. Four, 7, 10 or 14 days later, live ILC2s were identified as lineage-negative (upper panels), CD25+ and CD127+ (middle panels, both dot plot and contour plots are shown) and ST2+ (lower panels).
