Areas identified in a seed-voxel whole-brain ANOVA model as having connectivity affected by drug condition (placebo, THC, THC + CBD) with the salience network (Sal), were subdivided into regions of interest to identify directional effects. Connectivity between the salience network and the temporooccipital cortex (green), sensorimotor cortex (blue), planum temporale (yellow), and insula (purple) are significantly reduced with acute cannabis administration.
