Areas identified in the seed-voxel whole-brain ANOVA model as having connectivity affected by drug condition (placebo, THC, THC + CBD) with the hippocampal network were subdivided into regions of interest to identify directional effects. Connectivity between the hippocampal network and the frontal (red) and precuneus cortex (green) is reduced with acute cannabis administration. Results are presented collapsed across age groups.
