Nelfinavir and bortezomib synergize to selectively kill Tsc2−/− MEFs. Dose response curves were performed in Tsc2+/+ and Tsc2−/− MEFs using flow cytometry as a readout of cell death for nelfinavir (a), bortezomib (b) and the combination (c, d) (n = 3). Synergy was assessed by examining cell death across a range of bortezomib concentrations, with or without 20 μM nelfinavir and calculated using CompuSyn software (e, f). Graphs show mean ± S.E.M.
