Role of ubiquitin-specific peptidase 17 in controlling intrinsic and stimuli-induced inflammatory responses in lung cancer cells. a–c H1299 and D121 lung cancer cells stably overexpressing ubiquitin-specific peptidase 17 or stably transfected with control vector were treated with or without 10 ng/ml interleukin-1β (a), 0.2 μg/ml Pam3cys (b), and 0.2 μg/ml LPS (c). The induction of cytokines in these cells was analyzed with real-time quantitative PCR. Results are shown as mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments, **P < 0.01 between the indicated groups
