A RNA from K562S and K562R cells were analyzed by RNA-seq to assess for differences in gene expression (n = 3 samples/group). GSEA [77, 78] implicated the TNFα signaling pathway via NF-κB (FWER: p = 0.024). B The heat map shows genes that were commonly dysregulated in both TKI-resistant cell lines and patient samples [27], identifying 30 upregulated genes and 7 downregulated genes. Of the 30 upregulated genes, 21 are predicted to harbor NF-κB binding sites in and around the promoter region (indicated in red).
