Data are representative of 3 independent experiments. b DU145shGFP and DU145shAxl cells (5 × 106) were implanted subcutaneously into the right flank of MF-1 mice. Mice were submitted to daily treatment with 40 mg/kg of DHA or DMSO (2 mL/kg). Tumor weight was measured 48 days after implantation.
