a–c SGC-7901 and BGC-823 cells were transfected with scramble and Rev-erbα siRNA for 48 h. GSK4112 (0.5 μM and 2 μM) was incubated for 48 h in SGC-7901 b, BGC-823 c, and AGC cells d.
