a–h Gene expression levels in human lung cancer specimens are examined by qPCR. i, j LLC cells were exposed to 1% O2 and harvested at indicated time points. Gene expression levels were examined by qPCR and Western. k, l LLC cells were transfected with HA-tagged BRG1 or an empty vector (EV) before exposure to 1% O2 for 24 h.
