H4 cells transfected with TLR4 siRNA or control siRNA were treated with or without postbiotics from B. infantis. Total RNA was isolated for the proliferation related genes Ki67 (a) and Telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) (b) mRNA was determined by qRT-PCR.
