Purple indicates the biological process of mitochondrial electron transport from cytochrome C to oxygen. Green indicates the biological process of positive regulation of the ATP biosynthetic process. Yellow indicates the biological process of the aerobic electron transport chain. Pink indicates the biological process of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled with electron transport.
