Transfection of DKK1-shRNA suppresses the proliferation, colony-forming ability, cell cycle progression, and invasion of HepG2 and HUH-7 cells in vitro. Short hairpin RNA (shRNA)-DKK1 was transfected into HepG2 and HUH-7 cells. The stable cell lines were established after puromycin selection. Changes in DKK1 mRNA expression were determined by qRT-PCR (a). The levels of DKK1 were determined by western blot analysis (b).
