Interactions between growth factors-associated signaling pathways and a summary of related target drugs. PDGFs binding to PDGFRs activates the JAK/STAT, PI3K/AKT, and RAS/ERK signals. FGFs binding to FGFRs activates PI3K/AKT and RAS/ERK signals. CTGF binding to FGFR2 (promoting FGF2 and FGF4 binding to FGFR2) activates RAS/ERK signaling, and CTGF binding to LRP6 activates WNT/β-catenin signaling.
