Global and myeloid deletion of CD38 ameliorated HIRI-induced pyroptosis in vivo. The protein expressions and the quantitative analysis of NLRP3, IL-18 and GSDMD-N and the mRNA expressions of NLRP3, Caspase-1 and IL-18 were examined by Western blot (a) and QPCR (b) in liver tissues of CD38KO and CD38fl/fl mice after HIRI, respectively.
