J-Lat cell lines harboring a full-length HIV-1 eGFP proviruses or b LTR-Tat-IRES-GFP cassettes were treated with the indicated concentrations of RBP4 or PMA and TNFα for control and the percentages of green cells were determined by flow cytometry. c Jurkat J1.1 cells, U937 and ACH-2 cells harboring full-length intact HIV-1 proviruses were treated as in a and b but reactivation was determined by intracellular p24 antigen staining.
