The card includes both unique number (for the physicians and pharmacists who do not access to QR reader) and QR code which are linked to the secure database (https://clinicalpgx.pl) for each person’s PGx data. Core pharmacogenes with actionable variants for card holder listed in front of the card along with the main substrate which is needed to be considered while prescription for the person.
