The bipolar II disorder patients exhibited impaired functional connectivity between the left dorsal caudate and the pons, temporal, orbitofrontal, dorsolateral prefrontal, anterior cingulate cortex, supplementary motor area, and cerebellum as compared with the controls. Each region’s coordinates are listed in Table 2. Results were thresholded at the FWE-corrected voxel level p = 0.05. The color bar denotes the t-scores.
