The lower half of the IC by IC matrix depicts phenotypic correlations, reflecting the Pearson correlation of subject level component scores between independent components. As expected by ICA design, correlations were close to zero. The upper half of the matrix depicts the genetic correlations (rg), indicating significant genetic correlations in 40 of 78 tests. Size of the boxes indicate standard error and significant correlations (p < FDR) are indicated with a black border.
