  1. Age, pH, and PMI data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation. To test for significant differences between groups for age and pH, a one-way ANOVA was used with a cutoff of p < 0.05. The data for PMI failed the Shapiro-Wilks test for normality, so a Kruskal-Wallis test was used with a cutoff of p < 0.05. Age: p = 0.02, pH: p = 0.94, PMI: p = 0.098.
