Between alcohol- and control-donor groups there were not significant differences in Alpha diversity (A) but in Beta diversity (Jaccard distance index, p < 0.001) (B). Significant differences in relative abundance of bacteria between alcohol- and control-donor groups are shown in C (**p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001 compared to Control Group). Alpha diversity was not significant (p = 0.09) between recipient groups (D) but it was in Beta diversity (p < 0.001) (E).
