Volcano plots are shown for the three subtypes of GABAergic neurons with the greatest numbers of differentially expressed genes (Drd1 Neurons A, PKCΓ neurons B, and intercalated cells C). PKCΓ cells have by far the greatest number of differentially expressed genes. Genes in red indicate differential expression based on adjusted p values of <0.05, and a log2 FC of >±0.25. The top ten differentially expressed genes are labeled.
